Four of the six signals push towards now, and the two strongest are structural rather than moods: a budget holder nine months into the job, and an ERP decision that has to be made before 2027. What argues the other way is real and worth raising yourself: The March year end is real. Nothing here survives being raised in April, which is what makes the window a window. None of this is read off the findings. It comes from public signal about the company, which makes it the one reading that survives a first call where nothing has been shared, and the one that decides whether the money gets discussed this year at all.
